Candice was projected to be out for six to eight weeks after she was injured on the 10/22 Raw. That final Raw of 2007 will tape on Saturday, December 29 and air the next day, which is New Year’s Eve.

Beth Phoenix Gets Lawless

beth-phoenix.jpgThe latest Superstar to Superstar interview features Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix talking to actress and singer Lucy Lawless. To quote WWE.com ‘It seems the Glamazon and the Star of Battlestar Galactica and, of course, Xena: Warrior Princess have plenty in common. Of course there wasn’t much wrestling talk in the interview although it seems that Lucy has a sweet spot for her favorite former wrestler: ‘Ravishing’ Rick Rude.

TNA Champ Top Bachelorette

gail-kim01.jpgOn Forbes.com Gail Kim was selected to represent Tampa as the top Bachelorette. Forbes issues a listing by city of the top singles spots in the United States.
As Forbes.com puts it ” We selected a “most eligible” bachelor and bachelorette for many of our cities. Like any such list, our picks are a bit subjective and somewhat eclectic. We started by getting nominations from locals and held a newsroom poll to determine the winners. We considered only public figures–which is why the list is heavy on athletes and news anchors–and which is also why your brother the charming and handsome surgeon didn’t get chosen. To determine eligibility, we merely confirmed that our selections were not married. We did not check to see if they had a “serious” boyfriend or girlfriend.”
Other names on the list include Cameron Diaz(hot) and then going a different direction(not) Ivanka Trump, Annika Sorenstein, and Condelezza Rice.
Gail is scheduled to be taking on Awesome Kong at TNA’s Turning Point PPV on December 2nd with the Knockouts Championship on the line.
